Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery / receipt of your order where we will email you instructions on how to return your item(s) in their original condition and packaging, you have 14 days from receipt of order to return item(s). We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred. Some products are non-returnable, for example seasonal goods, and these are clearly marked in the description details.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, product name, details of the fault and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item(s) to return it to us. Please note that all postage costs of returning faulty items will be reimbursed once the goods have reached Chic Dollhouse.
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, product name, the items you requested and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. If replacement stock is unavailable we will refund the cost of your order (excluding original delivery charge).
Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be what you paid originally. Please see our terms for further information.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
